By accessing exclusiveice.co, submitting a Quick Quote, a Custom Inquiry, or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms.

• A Quick Quote result is a preliminary, non-binding estimate based on the options you select. Final pricing is confirmed by our team after reviewing measurements, materials, stone specifications, and design complexity.
• Every piece is custom-made to order. Production begins only after a design deposit is paid and, where applicable, the final CAD design is approved.
• Estimated timelines are approximate and can vary based on design complexity, material availability, and revision requests.

• The design deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your final invoice.
• Production begins only after the required deposit is received and, where applicable, you have approved the final design.
• Financing plans (2, 4, or 6 payments), where offered, are subject to the payment schedule and any financing fee disclosed at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Finished pieces are shipped fully insured to the address you provide once your final balance is paid. Because every piece is custom-made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale once production has begun and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect — contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a defect.

All content on exclusiveice.co — including designs, photography, and text — is the property of Exclusive Ice LLCor its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. CAD designs created for your order remain our property until your order is paid in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exclusive Ice LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or a custom order, beyond the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
